Teacher’s teaching autonomy is the basic rights to protect teacher’s teaching.With teaching autonomy, teacher can improve the enthusiasm of working, enhance thepower of working, educate each student better, the quality of teaching can beimproved and student can develop better. Therefore, the study based on jurisprudenceand psychology, The author comes to the scene of primary school, and makes aquantitative analysis to Primary teachers’ autonomy of teaching by using of suchresearch methods as questionnaires, interviews and so on. Afterwards, assuming theinfluencing factors of the primary school teacher teaching autonomy and been proved.Finally, puts forward recommendations to primary school teacher teaching autonomy.The full-text is divided into six parts. The first part is the origin of the primaryschool teachers teaching autonomy. The second part is a research overview of primaryschool teachers teaching autonomy, which emphatically analyze and arrange the maincontents and viewpoints of teaching autonomy in domestic and abroad and make abrief appraisal on this basis. The third part is the connotation and theoretical basis ofthe primary school teacher teaching autonomy, to clarify the meaning of teaching autonomy, describes the theoretical basis of teaching autonomy. The fourth part givesan analysis and research to the status, influencing factors, and the advantages andproblems of S primary school teachers teaching autonomy by using of such researchmethods as questionnaires, interviews and so on. The fifth part is the proposal aboutconferring the teaching autonomy to primary school teachers, according to theadvantages and the problems existing of S primary school, specific recommendationsof conferring teaching autonomy to primary school teacher have been proposed.Finally, The Sixth part is the conclusion for the whole research.
