| Knowledge is the core of knowledge management. At first, knowledge management is applied to enterprises, bringing obvious benefits, increasing create value. Knowledge management uses full of enterprises’resources, making these resources be shared. Ultimately innovate and continue to bring more economic benefits for the enterprise. Later, knowledge management is gradually applied to colleges and universities, and of course also has brought more sharing and innovation opportunities for colleges and universities. Since2001, many scholars have gradually begun to put forward the implementation of knowledge management in higher education. In2005, we began to implement knowledge management in university, studying mainly from two aspects:one aspect is that university teacher’s performance after the implementation of knowledge management in colleges and universities; another aspect is that evaluation in the process of knowledge management implementing in colleges and universities. In order to guarantee the implementation process more smoothly, the author studies the content from the first aspect.After confirming this research subject, this article first to sum up and expound the connotation of knowledge management, the necessity and function of application of knowledge management in colleges and universities in detail. And then summarize the relationship between the performance management and performance analysis. After that, analyze factors affecting the performance of knowledge management in colleges and universities, expound the knowledge management performance evaluation of colleges and universities and set up the principle and content of evaluation index system. On this basis, after a lot of research references, this topic constructed the reasonable index system, designed questionnaire for the system to obtain the original data, and invited ten experts to evaluate and give a mark on index system. Results show that a few indicators weight is very little and negligible. In order to improve the scientificalness and accuracy of performance evaluation of university teachers, the establishment of normative index system and determination of appropriate weight is very important. According to the index system, establish a principle combined of comprehensive and scientific principles as well as the principle of quantitative and qualitative evaluation, the author combined with some other related information to adapt to the ordinary university teacher performance evaluation index system and measurement standards by reference to a large number of university teachers’ performance evaluation of the article. Weights of index with entropy method given, based on the objective index weight, use of data mining techniques, knowledge base management technology to build a relatively complete teachers knowledge management performance evaluation system, which makes teachers more intuitive and more convenient to know their teachers in the teaching achievements and scientific research ability of performance as a result, thus play an incentive role, to improve university teachers’ comprehensive strength. |
