In recent years, I myself, a school counselor, found it in my daily work that thereis still some of the ideological and political work in colleges is unlikely to adapt tomaking the ideological and political education more socialization. At present, inaddition to the traditional ideological and political theory course, the main conduitwhich can realize the socialization of ideological and political education in collegesshould also include social practice, the campus culture, the network position of moraleducation, activities of the Party and the League and so on. However, for thetraditional course, there is less communication between teachers and students. Moreof the work what has been mentioned above has accomplished by the universityinstructor troop, the main force of the college student working office.It is difficult to be systematic and professional on the work of the socialization ofideological and political education because of various reasons, for example: one’seducation or his educational background, which can made influence on it in somedegree. Therefore, it’s necessary for us to undertake the research of the socializationof ideological and political education, which is not only conducive to controlling thelimit of socialization, but also promoting the ideological and political educationintegration with society. The work, which is different from the traditional mode, candevelop fresh troops for the ideological and political education, and what’s more itcan help students accept and learn the ideological and political course well in order tolet them blend into society after they have graduated and connect them to a matureconscience. Based on the research of the ideological education, we should enhancemoral education practice to improve the actual effect of moral education.Based on the large collection of documents and the results from previous studies,the paper discusses these problems, such as the status and shortcomings which exist inthe moral education, the contents, inexorable trend its major problems at present, thecauses and so on.Firstly, this paper consists of three parts to start arguments.1. What’s the meaning of the socialization of ideological and political educationin colleges?2. Why do we have to realize it?3. How can we realize it?Secondly, I discuss about the definition of society, human sociality, thesocialization of ideological and political education in colleges and the socialization ofmoral education in colleges. It provides step-by-step confirmation on the contents ofthe socialization of ideological and political education and theory foundation.In the end, this paper emphasizes on the approach to realize the socialization ofideological and political education with my experience, the writer gives a brief illustration of the focus and innovation on the campus environment, mass media,activities of the Party and the League, social practice. The paper, and the problemsthat might be the direction of further research Suggestions and reference which notonly focus on operations, but notice the design of monitoring and feedbackmechanisms as well.
