A Research On The Cooperative Mechanism Of Higher Vocational Colleges--Enterprises In Guangxi

In recent years, with the formal completion of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone and the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Guangxi has entered a new transition stage of development, meanwhile, economic development promotes the development of education. To be more precise, higher vocational education as the main source of talent cultivation, it became extremely important to consider how to be cooperative with enterprises, construct a College--Enterprise cooperative mechanism, and cultivate high quality and well-skilled personnel. However, the College--Enterprise cooperative mechanism in Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges has suffered with some restrains with disadvantage factors. As a consequence, the mechanism still remains in the superficial cooperative stage, the ways of cooperation is relatively single, which indicates that the mechanism still need to be refine.In this article, it combined with the actual implement of college-enterprise cooperation mechanism of Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute. Moreover, it indicated that some existing problems in implementing mechanism, such as low motivation of enterprises, lack of cooperative platform, insufficient system guarantee, and uncompleted supervision, etc. Through studying the mutual relationship between the subjects of college--enterprise cooperation, drawing on the successful experience from college--enterprise cooperation of foreign countries, the thesis proposes suggestions for refining the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism in higher vocational education, in terms of policy, system, and culture. The suggestions can be briefly summarized as "optimizing the college-enterprise regulatory mechanism","building up college--enterprise win-win cooperation, and constructing cultural communication mechanism", etc. Above all the suggestions, it aims at promoting the development of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education, enhancing the creativity and competitiveness of enterprise, and finally improving the quality of talents cultivation.
