Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education has been an essential part of higher education, and It is the inevitable requirement to develop vocational education with great efforts for the rapid development of China’s economic society. College-enterprise cooperation is necessary to achieve the high quality of vocational education. In the process of promoting college-enterprise cooperation, many problems were encountered in China.vocational schools and enterprises do not have a good cooperation and the relationship is lack of dynamic mechanism, which influences the developing lever of college-enterprise cooperation and thus hindering the healthy development of vocational education in China, therefore, the objective of this thesis is to construct the dynamic mechanism system for college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.This thesis,based on cases of literature research and combining with analysis of the questionnaire on the status of dynamic mechanism for college-enterprise cooperation in Jiang xi province higher vocational colleges and enterprises,it shows the existing problems about the dynamic mechanism, that is, enterprises is lack of motivation and high vocational colleges have not enough power to attract enterprises; for the government, the support for college-enterprise cooperation is not sufficient. Then,according to mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation, it analyzes the environment and motivation factors of college-enterprise cooperation. It respectively introduces their dynamic mechanism systems of college-enterprise cooperation in Australia, German and America as well as three famous higher vocational colleges in China.then, analyses the successful experience. At last,the thesis offers some tactices and suggestions for the construction of the dynamic mechanism system for college-enterprise cooperation. Firstly, to perfect the government-driven external dynamic mechanism, Secodly,to establish double-win internal dynamic mechanism between colleges and enterprises.Thirdly, to strengthen driven mechanism of trade associations.
