According to Xinhua News Agency, China’s rural migrant farmers in2002more than94million in2003to reach98million, more than one million in2004, compared to320million of China’s agricultural labor, migrant farmers of China’s agricultural labor force accounted for one third.Migrant workers is one of the pioneers of walking in the forefront of China’s reform and opening up, made a commendable contribution to make people in the process of China’s urbanization and industrialization. Today, they have developed into a particular social class, as a special group in the city today, plays a very important role in the city’s socio-economic development. However, this stratum of social status and the reality of the situation and their contribution to the community formed a great contrast-they live in the edge of the urban society, in terms of employment, wages, housing, education, training, health care, insurance and judicial suffer injustices treatment. Overall, they long been engaged in hazardous work, low wages, no benefits, rights vulnerable to it is hard to get the relief of the state power, and thus suffered other social groups so far have not experienced the problems and difficulties, the overall theory edge of the city and disadvantaged groups, not the rights and legal remedies, and thus give rise to a series of problems with Chinese characteristics "wage arrears for migrant rural workers". Currently in the process of China’s rapid economic development, the transformation of the social structure and urbanization continues to accelerate, making the interest in the protection of migrant workers become more prominent.Migrant workers rights protection and relief, is the era of contemporary Chinese society solved proposition, which caused great concern in society. This proposition has also become the emerging field of today’s labor law, and social law research scholars in China to foreign workers rights issues in depth and lasting research. Therefore, the subject has a strong practical significance.In the entire city of Shenzhen, the foreign staff from across the country reached786million, accounting for about86%of the total resident population in Shenzhen, the vast majority of whom are foreign workers. Migrant workers is the main force of economic development in Shenzhen, but also social wealth creators. The development of Shenzhen, the combination of wisdom and sweat of countless migrant workers. However, this labor force from across the country, the vast majority of workers in the non-public enterprises. Most of them engaged in difficult production environments, high labor intensity, work with lower monthly income. Spiritual and cultural, leisure life is poor, the reduction in the level of physical fitness and health, the high incidence of the disease is not well integrated into the local society. Migrant workers become the focus of attention today, the national reports on migrant workers is also increasing, more and more we care for them. The spirit of the17th National Congress stressed that the government departments and the community to care for migrant workers. However, government departments focus only on the material to improve migrant workers. But no comprehensive consideration of their way to improve physical and mental health as well as sports activities. The sporting life of the migrant workers and local integration is their integration into Shenzhen, one of the main big cities. In this study, standing in a sociological point of view different residence, gender, education level, age, occupation, income migrant workers sports lifestyle status quo investigation and analysis. Explore the constraints, migrant staff sports lifestyle improvement countermeasures. The Sports Population serious lack of accounting for5.7%of those surveyed.(3) migrant workers lack the time and energy to physical exercise. Due to economic constraints, the choice of the majority of the population in the free sports venues exercise.(4) migrant workers are not satisfied with the unit and residential community sports work, lack of community management of public fitness equipment; community lack Sports instructor.(5) lack of Shenzhen district of mass sports management and organization departments of foreign migrant staff sports management; business owners that the economic benefits maximization as the ultimate pursuit, the lack of investment in the collective organization of sports activities. Sports Life Style of Shenzhen migrant workers, as well as the current reality of the development of mass sports in Shenzhen, asked the following suggestions:(1) Shenzhen local government to achieve a people-centered sustainable development, foreign workers staff sports development attention.(2) Shenzhen local government to enhance physical publicity efforts to effectively guide the sports participation of migrant workers.(3) Shenzhen local government to strengthen the organization and management, the creation of sports venue to facilitate the migrant workers, provide favorable conditions for participation in sports(4) the construction of sports life of the community, the creation of a sports culture to mobilize interest in sports of migrant workers, lead to the discovery of foreign workers need for sports, sports awareness training of migrant workers.(5) the creation of private enterprises,"the sports circle, organize various sports activities to enhance the spiritual and cultural living standards of migrant workers. Private enterprises should also improve the work system to ensure that the time of sports and fitness, reduce the workload, the liberation of sports human resources.(6) communities and private enterprises should provide social sports instructor, physical guidance, so that migrant workers more comprehensive understanding of sports training fitness skills, Fitness foundations.
