With the accession to the WTO, China’s economic, political, cultural, social and other fields have achieved great development and progress, at the same time increase should be our country science and technology and the national soft strength unceasingly strengthens, but get the opposite of what one wants, the social transformation of China’s technical ability, cultivating ability, educational power more and more questions, many university is referred to as diploma Wholesale Department, the removal of contemporary China’s special conditions, a large part of the reason is that the development of China’s higher education can not keep up with the times, higher education level depends largely on the level of university teachers, today’s college more and more young teachers, young teachers accounted for more than more, young college teachers as teachers in universities is an important part of their ability and strength, a direct impact on the country’s level of education, therefore, training of young teachers in Colleges and universities in recent years, people pay more attention to.Based on this, this article in the collection of information, literature, investigation interview based on the cultivation of young teachers in China, the existing status quo as the starting point of the research, after studying the relevant theoretical basis, in-depth analysis of the existing problems of young teachers in Chinese culture, and aims at the question to propose the corresponding optimization and solution strategy.First, for the analysis of the current situation, firstly, through access to relevant information revealed the basic practices of young college teachers training in China at present, mainly is the training of young teachers’ training; tracking of young teachers, such as the implementation of tutorial system, held a lecture contest, arrange on-the-job training, focus on training, reward research holidays activities of teaching supervision system. Secondly, the main analysis of the existing problems of young teachers’ training in China, including:the lack of a sound training system, teacher training time, training inadequate funding, lack of targeted training, lack of specialized training management mechanism, the lack of effective evaluation mechanism, the lack of effective training incentive system.Second, in view of the young teachers’ training in China the existing practices and shortcomings, this paper studies the related practices of the foreign advanced countries, and compares, integrate and comb. First of all, this paper summarizes the practice for advanced training of young teachers in Colleges and universities, the science teachers in British residency system are described. Secondly, elaborated the relevant measures USA the cultivation of young teachers, will America mature training incentive system, mature system to investigate the training needs and scientific assessment system for the analysis and integration. Learn from the advanced countries in the success of the cultivation of young teachers, this paper focuses on the mature experience abroad, we improve the cultivation of university young teachers can learn what, these practices give us what kind of training of young teachers, comparing our current initiatives and existing problems, later we will proceed to modify and improve.Third, optimization strategy of training young teachers in universities and colleges in china. The analysis based on the investigation, the problems of young teachers’training in China, after observing the advanced foreign practices, this paper put forward the optimization strategy related. First need to establish the scientific management ideas, pay attention to cultivate and improve the ability of young teachers in Colleges and universities; to establish a specialized management institutions, improve the scattered training system, the training system of young teachers; to improve the young teachers training system and regulations of management, to make the training of young teachers to strengthen school (work of rule-based; Department) and young teachers’ communication. Secondly, to do a good job of young teachers’ occupation career planning, based on dividing the young teacher growth stage, let the young teachers realize that culture plays a very important role for the development of their own occupation career, in order to achieve higher and young teachers together determine the occupation career route and target, joint planning, organization and implementation, implementation of University and the group of young teachers training work between a benign interaction, to further improve the situation, improve the training of young teachers work, the training work carried out. Finally, to improve the assessment and incentive system, to effect system inspection culture, and to establish the appraisal of scientific evaluation mechanism, inspection in order to know the merits of the system constantly, in addition to participate in the training of young teachers’ positive behavior should be given appropriate incentives, and education and training and promotion and the title assessment linked, to further ensure the continuation of the implementation of the work and the training of young teachers.
