In an important speech on May 4th 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated "five requirements on the majority of young people, including university young teachers, such as firm ideals and beliefs, excellent skills, innovation, determined hard work, noble character." Studies on the ethics of young teachers provide a new perspective for the construction of a more scientific discipline system, and improved ideological and political education, which is conducive to clear the important role of young college teachers’ morals in the ideological and political studies, as well as the contents and norms of professional ethics. Thereby, comprehensive training modes of youth teachers’ moral will be established in order to better enrich the study theory of moral education in colleges and universities. Taking this group of young teachers as research objects to study and explore their characteristics, which helps reveal dominated law of the quality of educators in young college teachers’ ideological and political education. And then effectively guide young university teachers to improve the level of morality, so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the establishment of noble morality of young teachers.In an open market economy, young college teachers’ morality is facing new challenges that the morality of university teachers needs to be improved. The enhancement of young teachers’ ethics in universities contributes to the development of political and professional young university teachers with high-quality, the scientific development programming of ideological and political work of teachers, and the construction of spiritual civilization in universities. Thus, the enhancement and improvement of young university teachers’ morality, as well as the increase of the ideological and political quality and ethical standards of young teachers have important practical significance for the establishment of a high-quality young university teacher troop. Therefore, strengthening the moral construction of young teachers in colleges is needed not only by the development of high-quality talents for schools, but also by education reform and development, and the significance of the topic of this article.Firstly, this paper has a study on the content and meaning of the ethics and ethics construction, and illustrates the importance of moral education of young teachers in colleges. Secondly, taking this as a basis, it finds from the accessible survey of the current ethics construction of young teachers in Yangquan City by the use of questionnaires that the current ethics construction of young teachers in universities is overall good, but there are problems including the concept of the ideological and political education bias, inadequate spirit of employee commitment, paying attention to scientific research while ignoring teaching, weak sense of teachers, and the lack of social service awareness. Moreover, this paper makes a further step to explore the causes of these problems, and proposes the establishment of an integrated basic measure with pertinence combined with historical background, such as correct orientation mechanism, improved training system, scientific evaluation mechanism, effective incentive mechanism and long-term monitoring mechanism, so as to provide measures with feasibility to solve problems in moral construction.
