Teachers' morality is the abbreviation of teachers' professional ethics and the bottom line and guide of teachers' education and teaching behavior.Marxism holds that social ideology is always updated with the change of economic base.At the same time,as an integral part of social ideology,the connotation of teachers' morality is bound to be enriched and expanded with the progress of the times and the development of economic base.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress: "Through long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development." Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and higher education in China has also entered the fast lane of connotation development.The foundation of education lies in the teacher,and the teachers' soul is the teachers' morality.The development of education in the new era puts forward new and higher requirements for the construction of teachers' morality in colleges and universities,especially young teachers.The paper holds that the young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era have the following distinct characteristics: the main force of teaching in colleges and universities,more dynamic and creative,closer to the students,and the pressure is greater.The great new era puts forward new requirements for the teachers' morality of young teachers in colleges and universities to keep pace with the times: adhere to the unity of teaching and education,adhere to the unity of speech and teaching,insist on the unity of asking and paying attention to society,and adhere to the unity of academic freedom and academic norms.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to strengthen and attach importance to the construction of young teachers' morality in colleges and universities in the new era in order to ensure the healthy growth of young teachers,to ensure that college students become adults in an all-round way,to ensure that colleges and universities implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and building people.Through the method of questionnaire,this paper collects and analyzes the present situation of young teachers' ethics in colleges and universities in the new era.It is found that the current situation of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities is generally good,but there are also very few young teachers who have doubts about the "three absolutely not allowed" put forward by the Ministry of Education,and some even have the phenomenon of violating teachers' moral norms.There are many reasons for these problems: the impact of social transformation,the weak guidance of national policy,the influence of university environment,the restriction of young teachers themselves,and so on.Based on the new requirements for the moral construction of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the constructionfrom three aspects: national society,colleges and universities and young teachers themselves.At the national social level,we should raise the entry threshold of university teachers,strengthen the check of political quality and moral quality in the selection and employment,perfect the relevant laws and regulations,standardize the moral behavior of young teachers,strengthen the law enforcement,and severely punish the immoral behavior of teachers;safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of young teachers,properly improve the welfare treatment,and improve the initiative of young teachers to perfect their own moral construction.As the main position of the construction of young teachers' morality,colleges and universities should deeply grasp the new coordinates of the construction of teachers' morality in the new era,strengthen the political theoretical level and practical training of young teachers,perfect the evaluation mechanism of teachers' morality,and promote the enthusiasm of young teachers' moral construction with appropriate rewards,punishments and role models.According to the reality of young teachers,we should combine the requirements and care of young teachers,pay attention to the realistic predicament of young teachers,help young teachers solve the difficulties in life and work,enhance the sense of belonging of young teachers,and gain a sense of belonging and professional honor.Young teachers in colleges and universities should link the improvement of their moral quality with the realization of life ideals and self-values,unify the realization of self-values with the realization of social values,establish overall vision and national consciousness,actively devote themselves to the great educational cause that the people like to see,to be the people who pursue their dreams in the new era,and contribute their strength to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the nation.
