The Research Of Higher Normal Universities’ The Training System Of Practical Teaching Ability For Postgraduates Of Physical Education Training Study

Since21th century, with the fast development of the society, the requirement of teachers’teaching ability from the public becomes higher and higher. The training of students’education and teaching ability has become a measure of whether a higher normal university issuccessful or not. However, nowadays most of the education and teaching ability of studentsin most of our higher normal universities are not very satisfactory. Physical education, asubject whose practical operation is different from other academic subjects, pays much moreattention to the training of students’ education teaching ability. Therefore, the research of thephysical education majors’ educational and teaching ability in higher normal universities canbetter promote the further development of physical education, and provides practicalfeasibility reference to the reformation of physical education discipline curriculum. There willbe more excellent physical teachers if the educational and teaching ability training system willbe taken into practice. Therefore, this article is based on consulting a large number ofdocuments, and it takes teaching practical ability of physical colleges’ postgraduates whomajors in physical education training study in higher normal university as research object.Using the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of postgraduates who majors inphysical education training study in higher normal university, physical college, this thesisuses literature method, questionnaire surveys, expert interviewing, tests, mathematicalstatistics and logical analysis, and other methods to get a deeper understanding of realsituation of teaching practical ability of physical colleges’ postgraduates who majors inphysical education training study in higher normal university. The author has got a set ofpostgraduates’ teaching practical ability training system and put forward appropriatecountermeasures and some reasonable suggestions about the training of postgraduates whomajors in physical education training study in higher normal university, physical college inChina. Specific conclusions are as follows:(1) The college of physical education in normal university training study sports skillcourse credits in courses training scheme is less, and aimed at teaching students to cultivatethe students’ practical ability of teaching skills training course credits involved yet.(2) The college of physical education in normal university graduate student tutor with76.9%of the amount is more than5people, not to give students a better ability to guideteaching practice.(3) The college of physical education in normal university graduate student tutor can bearranged for class, teaching assistant, part of the course practice activities, to strengthen theteaching of graduate students practice ability training. (4) The college of physical education in normal university had no plans for traininggraduate education practices, this lets the student teaching practice ability lack practicalexperience. We can from the experience of sports master apprentice internship activities stepby step in a planned way to join in the future master of physical education training practiceactivities, the better the implementation of the graduate student teaching practice abilitytraining.(5)The college of physical education in normal university graduate with74.2%canrealize the importance of teaching practical ability training for future employment and activeparticipation(6) Institute of physical education in normal colleges training can refine the three yearsof graduate student learning activities, targeted to carry out some teaching in each semesterthe cultivation of practical ability.(7) The college of physical education in normal university graduate student can try "Twotutors" system, a supervisor is responsible for the scientific research activities, a responsiblefor the teaching practice ability training of teachers.
