When sports are strong,China will be strong,and when national transport is prosperous,sports will be prosperous.Since the 18th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),all fields of China’s sports undertakings have presented a trend of continuous good development.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping "sports power" thought,the development of China’s sports has entered an unprecedented upsurge.The realization of the dream of becoming a powerful nation in sports must depend on the training of sports talents with high output and high quality.And the training of sports talents must be entrusted to the education of schools.It is a powerful support for us to realize our dream of becoming a powerful nation in sports that colleges and universities continuously send a steady stream of sports talents to our country.Especially for normal colleges and universities,the cultivation of sports professionals is the "working mother machine" of national sports undertakings in a true sense.The mainland and Taiwan have been nourished by the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation for many years.On this basis,with the continuous development of cross-strait relations in recent years,the exchanges between the two sides have become more in-depth,among which the topic of sports has become more popular.It is the common vision and expectation of people on both sides of the Straits to increase exchanges and promote the development of sports undertakings on both sides,and universities are one of the important platforms to realize cross-Straits exchanges.Therefore,based on the Northeast Normal University and Taichung University of Education sports education professional(undergraduate)of the talent training scheme as the research object,the two normal universities in the process of sports professional talent training a bit and characteristics were analyzed,and find out the two schools sports professional(undergraduate)need to improve the individual talent training plan and changes,and promote the exchange of cross-strait sports,promote the school sports to further improve the quality of talent cultivation.The research methods used in this study include literature review,field study,comparative analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The 2019 undergraduate PE training programs of Northeast Normal University and Taichung University of Education were compared and analyzed.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The professional setting of PE major(undergraduate)in NORTHEAST Normal University is based on the "Catalogue of specialties of ordinary institutions of higher learning",and the talent training direction and specifications are clear;Taichung University of Education opened teacher class and non-teacher class,may lead to the phenomenon of fuzzy talent training specifications.2.In terms of training objectives,Northeast Normal University has strong differences in talent training objectives and clear talent training direction for different majors;Taichung University of Education does not distinguish the training objectives of different majors.3.In terms of general education courses,Northeast Normal University has a relatively high level and covers a wide range of fields;Taichung University of Education elective courses offering rich content,compulsory part to be enriched.4.In terms of professional courses,the two schools have similar curriculum structure.Northeast Normal University takes theoretical courses as the subject basis,and offers highly systematic technical courses,and the course contents keep pace with the times;Taichung University of Education takes the technical course as the subject foundation,but the technical course is not systematic,and the new sports project is not ideal.5.In terms of teacher education courses,the curriculum of Northeast Normal University has a higher degree of integration with physical education;Taichung University of Education offers more "general" courses and takes up a higher percentage of credits.6.In terms of graduation requirements,Northeast Normal University pays more attention to the development of students’ practical ability,while Taichung University of Education pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ basic academic ability. |
