Since the founding of our new country, the title of Chinese textbook for senior highschool is constantly changing. But the notes are relatively stable and there are only fewdifferences. Therefore this means the notes are stable and almost perfect. However, withfurther study on ancient political, culture and life custom, the translations of some ancientwords show their defeats. As an organic part of the textbook content, annotations serve asprompts, explanations and illustrations of texts and they are beneficial to students’comprehension of the texts. The annotations of classical Chinese must be more accurate,standard and systematic. Only in this way, teachers can help students understand relevanttexts and stimulate their interests in studying.The current curriculum standard revision of Chinese textbook of Shandong EducationPress are teaching materials in selected-works-type in which texts notes belong tofootnotes. Some notes are inaccurate or substandard. There are the situations of wrongnotes, omitted notes and so on. Based on understanding of writings in classical stylecomments, these annotations are carding analysis, the author found that textbooks teachingmaterials lack some of the comments in the scientific nature, which is questionable; Somewords which is not easy to understand is not comment, and this may become an obstacle tothe teaching; Some comments lack of normative, especially the annotation of TongjiaZi,Yiti Zi and Gujin Zi is not clear, which is also not conducive to teaching; And the use ofbrackets is lack of standardization. This article is based on this to determine the topicselection and take the annotation of Shandong People Press as study objects. The authorfirstly made rough characteristics of writings in the textbooks for Shandong People Press.Then the author explain the wrong notes, the words unnoted, the non-standard notes ofTongjia Zi,Yiti Zi and Gujin Zi and the use of brackets four aspects in details. Which notesare necessary, which are unnecessary, how should notes be made and how can students beprovided with the most appropriate basic knowledge by using notes need to be studiedcarefully. The author study on the annotations through various research and settle themsystematically. This not only promotes the teaching of writings in classical style, but alsoto improve teaching quality.
