The growing popularity of information education, which influence the contemporaryteacher’s education mode. Information teaching has been into the teacher’s daily teaching,educational technology literacy has become teachers need to have a basic quality. For studentteachers’, educational technology literacy training is a path to the only way of teachinginformation.For student teachers’, the ways of Normal Universities to develop their educationaltechnology ability are public course in 《modern educational technology》 and educationalpractice, evaluation methods focus on the closed book mainly summative evaluation. Surveyfound that pre-service education technology literacy training for student teachers’ educationaltechnology ability, there are some problems with the lack of example: imperfect learningcontent, training methods lack of hierarchy, unsound evaluation methods, discipline is notobviously, the theory does not closely linked practice problems.This paper mainly uses literature research at home and abroad based on previousresearch system carding, draw lessons from foreign successful experience and thoughtenlightenment, combined with the domestic research status, analyse the composition ofteacher’s educational technology literacy,,That is educational technology literacy by medialiteracy information literacy teaching quality information constitute, and each literacy has itscorresponding capacity requirements and the indicators. using questionnaire method toanalyze normal university student education technology literacy and education presentsituation needs in technical ability training in the course of problem, based on the problemswere analyzed, and the establishment of the student teachers’ features can operation ofeducational technology literacy training target training content evaluation principle andindependent development mode at the same time advocating preservice teachers haveeducational technology literacy the concept of lifelong learning, in the future education withthe development of society teaching demand improve dynamic improving educationaltechnology literacy.
