Chinese enterprises have applied e-Learning more than ten years. In the decade,enterprise e-Learning has changed from a toddle infant to gait steady adult. Thementality of use e-Learning to training has changed from negation to affirmation. Theera of Chinese enterprises e-Learning with great development has come.Research of enterprise e-Learning becomes more popular than before. Researchof construct architecture of enterprise e-Learning, activity design of enterprisee-Learning, performance perspective of enterprise e-Learning, and knowledgemanagement perspective of enterprise e-Learning and so on have been emerging inendlessly. Although a lot of excellent enterprise e-Learning course design cases havesprung up in the past ten years, there is none of those researchers have analyzed onthese outstanding cases together. Only some individual cases were researched byscholars. This thesis chose several representative cases from many cases to analyze,which may be helpful to understanding of enterprise e-Learning course design.Firstly, this thesis confirmed some concepts in enterprise e-Learning coursedesign, in order to make clear the meaning of research object. Secondly, I expatiatedthe related theories which include adult learning theory, theory of instructional design,performance technology. Thirdly, I studied three enterprises implementing e-Learningreal cases, analyzed there whole implementation process. At last, the thesissummarized elements, pattern and process of e-Learning course design based on thosecases. Author hope this research can help those enterprises and researchers whointerest on e-Learning course design.
