Enterprise training is not only a direct way to improve the level of enterprise human resources,and is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Effective enterprise training course is completed training content,the important means to realize the objective of enterprise training.Among them,the scientific and rational enterprise training course design is the guarantee of effective corporate training course,its importance is self-evident.The current our country enterprise training course design a series of problems,causes the enterprise training effectiveness is not high.Explore corporate training course design based on situated learning strategy can help solve the problems existing in the enterprise training course design,thus improve the effect of enterprise training.In the 1990 s,the situated learning theory becomes a mainstream in the field of learning theory research.Formed including the ruffle and arsine wenger(Lave&Wenger)as the representative of anthropological perspective,with Brown,Collins and duguid(Brown,Cillins&Duguid)as the representative of psychology perspective,and a strong knowledge situation view represented by Greeno(Greeno).Think learning is,in fact,the process of practice legal the borderline of participation in the community,attaches great importance to the interaction of cognitive and learning characteristics and the importance of practice.And formed the unique in the subsequent empirical research learning curriculum and cognitive apprenticeship,anchored instruction and practice field curriculum and teaching practices.Situational learning theory and practice guidelines for the enterprise training course design have a unique value.This article USES the literature method,theory method,comparative method and questionnaire investigation method to study the situation of learning related theory and application value to the design of enterprise training course,present situation andexisting problems of our country's enterprise training course design,etc.Put forward by the situational learning theory as the guidance enterprise training course design of each link of the specific strategies:(1)respect the subjectivity of the enterprise employees training needs analysis strategy;(2)students,in order to solve the actual problem as the core of enterprise training course goal setting strategy;(3)promote the situational,instrumental knowledge and skills to Master the enterprise training course content development and organizational strategy;(4)pay attention to individual and situational interaction of enterprise training curriculum implementation strategy;(5)with students' behavior to improve as the core,through the beginning and end of the learning process of enterprise training curriculum evaluation strategy.Innovation of this paper is that in the aspect of research Angle of view,in the perspective of situated learning theory,puts forward the method of our country's enterprise training course design.On the one hand,to research our country enterprise training course design provides a new theoretical basis,on the other hand,for the situation in the field of study in our country,adult education training application made bold attempt to broaden the application of situational learning categories;On the research content,this paper will study situation in enterprise training course design from concept level and application of extending to practice the strategy level,make the research more deeply;In the aspect of research method,this article through the questionnaire survey method,the related question has carried on the investigation and study,the conclusion to the research of this paper provides the data support.The deficiency of this article is: first,in terms of collecting and organizing the literature,due to the channel and way to limit,in this paper,the situational learning abroad application in the enterprise training course design research status quo of literature data collection is not comprehensive enough.Secondly,the proposed strategy,this paper makes theoretical analysis only.If we can put these strategies into practice,the thorough experimental study,the results will be more persuasive.
