In the feminist movement over a hundred years later, the " equality" concept has been widely accepted in the world, the social status of women, family status has been improved in an all-round way. Human resources development and management and reasonable requirements of enterprise internal human resources in the age, specialty, specialty and so on to make a reasonable proportion, at the same time also as far as possible the formation of male and female gender balance, complementary structure. In addition, the complementary advantages of women and men can also be largely on human resource allocation optimization. This paper first analyzes female employee status and particularity of BS of Career Academy; and then discusses BS Career Academy incentive status and problems of the optimization of BS incentive mechanism; Career Academy women scheme; namely analysis common value BS of Career Academy culture and spiritual atmosphere, according to the specific environment to promote personality incentive. We need to emphasize the improvement of incentive of the ability to adapt to the environment, to improve and promote the ability to self-improvement, the spiritual and emotional care to individuals, to stimulate the female employee behavior and positive attitude, improve employees of organizations and leaders, so as to effectively improve the management efficiency and the utilization efficiency of human resources, the scheme put forward to promote the implementation of.Through the research on the incentive of female employees, shortcomings pointed out this incentive research, namely the lack of female employees, and then for the female employee’s own characteristics were analyzed, and countermeasures and ways, finally flexible motivation of female employees of the preliminary research, encourage managers to use flexible motivation of female employees. Effect of excitation female staff, change the organization of female employee incentive status, improve the organization and staff incentive mechanism, make a positive contribution to the human resources management.
