Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,many small and medium-sized enterprises have been affected,especially the service industry.The education and training industry belonging to the service industry is not only affected by the economic impact of the outbreak of the epidemic,but also affected by the adjustment of the education and training industry by the double reduction policy in 2021.The cultural training institutions in primary schools and junior high schools cannot continue to develop,and the education and training institutions in primary and junior high schools can be transformed,The training market is more concentrated in the high school stage,and competition among training institutions in the high school stage is increasing.For training institutions,staff in teaching positions are the core strength,and teachers are the core resources of education and training institutions.The number of teacher teams and the professionalism of teachers determine enterprise development and market competitiveness.Therefore,through human resource management,we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and enable education and training institutions to achieve sustainable development.The establishment of incentive mechanisms is particularly important in human resource management.Scientific incentive mechanisms in enterprise management can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,stimulate their innovative ability,and provide protection for the healthy and stable development of enterprises.This article takes M education and training institutions as the research object,through interviews,questionnaires,and other surveys,to deeply understand the incentive mechanism of M education and training institutions’ employees,and analyze the existing problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of M education and training institutions.Through investigation,it is found that the incentive mechanism of M education and training institutions has not played a very good incentive role.The current shortcomings of the employee incentive mechanism are mainly reflected in the fact that the incentive mechanism does not integrate the actual needs of employees,the weak correlation between salary and performance,the lack of a systematic performance evaluation mechanism,and the absence of an employee training system.In view of this,the article mainly analyzes the imperfect salary system,incomplete performance appraisal,weak motivation of employees,lack of employee training,unclear material rewards,and lack of spiritual rewards,resulting in inconsistent incentive status with employee expectations,imperfect job responsibilities in the promotion system,and imperfect promotion system leading to limited career planning for employees,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.Propose a plan based on the actual management status and needs of M education and training institutions,form a set of employee incentive mechanisms suitable for M education and training institutions,solve the current employee incentive problems encountered by M education and training institutions,and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of employee incentive in M education and training institutions.
