Competitive aerobics is a sport that requires very high technical standardization of athletes’ movements. Its scoring basis is to compare the ideal movements described in the competition rules with the actual athletic performance of athletes, and deduct points according to the difference between the actual athletic performance of athletes and the normal athletic performance. This also requires that competitive aerobics athletes should have the ability to implement from a high sense of movement standardization to perfect actual completion. The standing difficulty of Competitive Aerobics group C requires very high control ability of the athlete’s limbs, especially in unstable and non neutral positions, that is,proprioception. At present, domestic competitive aerobics training is carried out around general physical qualities such as strength and flexibility, mainly to stimulate surface muscle groups, large muscle groups and active muscle groups. The effect of improving the standing difficulty of group C is not good,This also leads to the current selection and completion of the standing difficulty of Chinese athletes in group C,which is relatively weak compared with foreign athletes.Proprioception related strengthening exercise is a training method that can effectively improve the balance ability of participants’ lower limbs under static and dynamic conditions. The lifting effect of related exercises can be targeted and transferred to other scenarios.By analyzing the existing research conclusions of proprioception and the special characteristics of Competitive Aerobics standing difficulty,it is found that the effect of proprioception related strengthening intervention gain is highly consistent with the special ability required by competitive aerobics standing difficulty, and theoretically,it has a high possibility of organic combination and targeted gain.Through the methods of literature, expert investigation, experimental research and mathematical statistics, this paper selected 24 aerobics students from Jiangxi aerobics reserve talent base as experimental objects, and carried out relevant experimental research and analysis around the impact of proprioception intensive training on the standing difficulty and completion quality of Competitive Aerobics group C.The main research results are as follows:1.Both the proprioception intensive training and the traditional training mode can effectively improve the relevant quality of the standing difficulty of the athletes in Group C.The traditional training mode can improve the flexibility of the athletes’ lower limbs, such as trifurcation, but there is no significant difference; The proprioception strengthening training has a good effect on the athletes’ lower limb active stability and overall control ability, such as the swallow balance, and has significant differences.2.Eye opening and unsupported vertical balance requires athletes to have better ability to maintain stable balance of lower limbs in static scenes; In the process of completing the difficulty of single foot rotation, the head of the athlete is always in the neutral position, the movement structure is relatively simple, and the requirements for the ability to maintain the balance of the lower limbs in the static scene of the athlete are high; The traditional training mode has a better effect on the improvement of athletes’ above abilities, slightly better than the proprioception intensive training.3.Three side vertical and vertical ball throwing requires athletes to have good ability to combine lower limb stability control with whole body dynamic cooperation in dynamic scenes, and to rely on the end of lower limb to feel the direction of force and accurately control the force; The completion of the difficulty of Iliuxin requires the head of the athlete to deviate from the neutral position and establish a circular track in the vertical plane, which requires the ability of the athlete’s proprioception and accurate control of the extremity in the dynamic scene; The difficulty of horizontal leg control vertical rotation is asymmetric, which requires high ability of lower limb control and balance regulation in unbalanced scenes; The proprioception strengthening training has a better effect on the improvement of athletes’ above abilities, which is significantly better than the traditional training mode.
