Reserve of knowledge and talent have been the core competition resource ofenterprises, only those who are good at learning can continue to grow in theintensifying competition and the ever-changing environment. Learning organizationwith continued ability to learn and changing with the environment emerged at theright moment, it will become the new business model in the enterprises which pursuitexcellence and sustainable development. But theory and practice originated in theWest, and which content is more abstract, so that Chinese enterprises do not have toomuch experience to draw on in creating the learning organization.
