Reserve of knowledge and talent have been the core competition resource ofenterprises, only those who are good at learning can continue to grow in theintensifying competition and the ever-changing environment. Learning organizationwith continued ability to learn and changing with the environment emerged at theright moment, it will become the new business model in the enterprises which pursuitexcellence and sustainable development. But theory and practice originated in theWest, and which content is more abstract, so that Chinese enterprises do not have toomuch experience to draw on in creating the learning organization. To Chineseenterprises, how to successfully create the learning organization is the urgent need toaddress the problem. This thesis is to Zhongnan Human Resource Group for the study,exploring the related issue to create the learning organization.First of all, systematically review the learning organization theory, including theconnotation of learning organization, the create model, the create obstacles, and so on.On the basis of these theories, the study use the investigation method ofquestionnaires and interviews, briefly analyzing the existence problems of creatingthe learning organization in Zhongnan Human Resource, and on the basis of these andempirical investigation, straightening out the necessity and possibility of creating thelearning organization in Zhongnan Human Resource.In conclusion, on the basis of the above, to the related things of creating thelearning organization in Zhongnan, providing the appropriate countermeasures andsuggestions in the terms of the guiding ideology, learning, people, organization,assessment and so on,...
