With the reform of the education system, most universities beginlarge-scale enrollment from the beginning of the21stcentury, and there aremore and more colleges. At the same time, the competition among collegesand universities are intensified. Colleges have gradually turned from thetraditional educational institution to a service-organization. Forward, it isnecessary to improve the quality and services quality of education in schoolsto enhance the core competitive. What’s more, from the point of view of theservice organization, customer service satisfaction should not beunderestimated. The satisfaction of freshmen plays a vital role in enhance thecompetitive as the customers of colleges. The satisfaction degree freshmen isthe feeling which they get when they study and live in their college.Thedegree is decided by the comparison between their feeling and their expectedvalue.The research on satisfaction degree freshmen in learning shows thedegree of students to evaluate their study and life in their college.We built upan index system about satisfaction degree freshmen on colleges, and designeda questionnaire based on the index system. What’s more, interviews wereconducted in three different colleges in Fujian province, and we analyzed theeffective results. Then we identified the high or low satisfaction from theresearch, and proposed strategies of constructive suggestions which have acertain reference and guidance for education.
