Research On Measuring Of The Affecting Factors Of Freshmen Satisfaction Degree

With the scale of China's universities expanding, the number of university students is increasing. University as a non-profit organization has also been incorporated into the competitive track. Should be in an invincible position in the competition, China's institutions of higher education must improve the quality of their own education and service. The students as the customers receiving the university's education and services products, the university should pay attention to University Student Satisfaction Degree, especially Freshmen Satisfaction Degree. If they are not satisfied with, on one hand, it will have a negative word-of-mouth, a direct impact on the forthcoming entry of potential students; on the other hand, their negative emotions, even bad behavior will affect existing students. Therefore,it is more important to improve Freshmen Satisfaction Degree, it will be convenient for the university to adjust and improve of its education,service and management. It can be seen that the impact of factors on the measuring has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper introduces Satisfaction Degree to the university, fully embodies the thinking of people-oriented. It defines the concept and characteristic of University Satisfaction Degree, points out the present problems of our country Freshmen Satisfaction Degree in the study, raises the theoretical foundation of University Student Satisfaction Degree. Because Satisfaction Degree is very subjective, fuzzy, it is very difficultly to quantify, and it will be subject to freshmen's gender, the place of birth,family situation and other factors. Therefore,through an analysis of domestic and foreign University Student Satisfaction Degree index system, it contributes the four-level index system of Freshmen Satisfaction Degree, comprehensively measures Freshmen Satisfaction Degree,it introduces multi-level fuzzy comprehensive measuring method to analyze the affecting of factors on Freshmen Satisfaction Degree. I hope this research can help the university to measure University Student Degree, make decision and improve, in order to maintain sustainable competitive advantage.
