In recent years, with the rapid development of vocational education in ourcountry, the scale of vocational and technical education professional graduate studentsexpands increasingly in our country, and has formed a certain independence cultivationsystem. But vocational and technical education professional postgraduate education inChina started relatively late, the basic theoretical research is not very mature, graduateeducation mode about vocational and technical education in our country still hascertain problem. In order to guarantee the training quality about the vocational andtechnical education professional graduate, and meet the diversified demands for thedevelopment of the society, It is a problem to be solved that the reform of trainingpattern for vocational and technical education professional postgraduate.The training of vocational and technical education in colleges anduniversities graduate still use is common, single type, the traditional academiceducation mode, neither based on the diversification of social demand for differenttypes of graduate cultivating mode, also did not reflect the vocational and technicaleducation professional postgraduate training characteristics, so develop vocational andtechnical education professional graduate students are difficult to meet the needs of thesociety of high skilled talents.Vocational and technical education in China, the defects of graduate cultivationmodel, this paper USES literature method, questionnaire survey method, comparativemethod, in view of the domestic several representative of all university vocational andtechnical education professional graduate student research training mode, and drawlessons from Australia, the United States, Germany, Britain’s vocational and technicaleducation professional graduate training situation, from the training objectives,curriculum, teacher guidance, the thesis topic selection, recruitment and educationalsystem and teaching evaluation from six aspects, optimization and construction of ourcountry graduate education mode in vocational and technical education. Vocational andtechnical education professional graduate students can be divided into academic typeand application of two types. That can reflect characteristics of vocational educationpersonnel training goals and training modes, are also helpful for vocational and technical education in graduate cultivation model establishment reflect their ownadvantages, to achieve the sustainable development of vocational and technicaleducation professional graduate education in our country.
