At the beginning of the21st century,Positive psychology came into our field ofvision. The study of human qualities and positive psychology is beneficial topromote man’s all-round development and social progress. It is the environment ofhappiness research. foster students’ ability to get to happiness is conducive to thehealthy growth of the students’ psychological health and personality. This is theobjective of education, and the pursuit of people’s self development. At the sametime, Multicultural development is the world’s development trend. Most of the ethniccolleges and universities are the minority students. This determines the inherentcultural diversity of university for nationalities.The Multiple Happiness questionnaire(MHQ) used in this study on threeUniversities for Nationalities (Central University for Nationalities, South-CentralUniversity for Nationalities, HuBei University for Nationalities) to conductinvestigations, obtained402valid sample ethnic college students. Data from thestudy of gender, ethnicity, siblings number, students, the subject, grade, school andthe7variables to detect the students’ happiness of Universities for Nationalities inall factors of the difference. The results show that:1, The students of Universities forNationalities is significantly higher than ordinary university students in generalwell-being.2, The Students’ happiness significant in terms of gender differences, thegirls better than boys in GSW, Life Satisfaction and Positive Relation. While theboys better than girls in Negative affect.3, The Students’ happiness significant interms of origin of student differences, the Urban students better than rural students inGSW and Life Satisfaction.4,The Students’ happiness significant in variable ofThe one-child differences, the only child better than non-only child in GSW.5, TheStudents’ happiness significant differences in grade, the Senior students better thanthe junior students in self-worth. General well-being on grade level has risen in aspiral.6, The Students’ happiness significant differences in subject, the studentsmajored in science better than others in GSW. the arts living better than others in Negative affect. the students majored in science and Economics and managementbetter than others in Life Vitality. the law students better than others in Life Vitality.7, The Students’ happiness significant differences in school, the students of CentralUniversity for Nationalities and South-Central University for Nationalities betterthan HuBei University for Nationalities in GSW. The students of CentralUniversity for Nationalities are best in Negative affect. The students of South-Central University for Nationalities better than others in Life Vitality, PositiveRelation and personal growth.8, The Students was no significant difference in thenational variables. The happiness of the Manchu, Miao, Zhuang Nationality studentsslightly higher than others.Based on the above analysis results, this study proposes the followingcountermeasures: Strengthen national university students Positive psychologyeducation, promote the development of college students’ psychological health.Strengthen cultural communication and build a harmonious campus, and improveshappiness. Attaches great importance to the individual differences and ethnicdifferences, promoting students all-round development.
