Innovation Research On Social Practice Mode Of College Students In Nationalities Universities

Social practice is an important approach to Ideological and Political Education in college, an effective means of cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism, and an indispensible pass for college students to grow up. In recent years, the social practice of Nationalities Universities has been continuously strengthened, and has become an effective way for college students to enhance their social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. However, with the continual reform of nationalities universities and the rapid development of economy and society in ethnic minority inhabited regions, the problem of social practice education for ethnic students has gradually arisen. Therefore, how to explore and innovate the social practice mode and improve the effect of practice education has become an important issue which needs to be studied deeply in the colleges and universities for different nationalities.This paper, based on the study of the related literature at home and abroad, supported by the basic optimization theory of ethnic monority students’social practice mode, analyzes the current situation of social practice mode for college students in Nationalities Universities by conducting surveys and interviews. The survey reveals some problems in current social practice mode despite the achievements attained. The major problems are:the social practice is not quite relevant with students’professional education; the social practice does not highlight the theme of ethnic unity education; the educational effect of the practice is not obvious. So we construct a optimized social practice mode for students in nationalities universities based on the establishment of ethnic unity and research projects in ethnic areas, in order to promote the social practice of college students in nationalities universities.
