Protection and utilization of ethnic cultural heritage of minority is an importantrealistic problem that is urgent for us to resolve under the background ofmodernization.The cultural ecology and regional development are interdependent andhave mutually reinforcing relations. Tourism development of cultural ecology canbring about regional development， while regional economic development canprovide material basis for large-scale protection of ecological culture， realizing thecultural consciousness of residents and promoting the cultural ecology persistence.However， China’s ecological museum construction practice follows many problemswhile promoting the development of community economy. This paper takes the fourecological museum built by China and Norway as a sample， which are in GuizhouProvince.On the foundation of investigation， the paper is devoted to explore thebasic concept of ecological museum and its practice in China， specific effects on thenational community by construction of ecological museums， problems that exist inecological museum construction and development， and principles and strategies ofethnic community development under ecological museum construction.The first chapter mainly puts forward the basic research direction of this articleon the basis of literature review， i.e. ethnic area community development’s presentsituation， problem and countermeasure on the ecological museum construction. Inaddition，this chapter makes a simple introduction of the research methods，researchprocess， research significance and the four sample points.The second chapter introduces the basic concept of ecological museum，describes " LiuZhi " principle of the localization of international ecological museumconcept， and stresses cultural protection and community development is a unityunder the ecological museum construction.The third chapter points out that the influence of construction of ecologicalmuseum on community economy， politics and society.The fourth chapter points out specific problems that community development ofecological museum face.The fifth chapter points out the principles and strategies of national communitydevelopment under construction of ecological museum.
