Gymnastics is in theaccompaniment of music, to exercise as the basic method, the aerobic exercise as the basis, toimprove health, shape and entertainment sports. According to the above requirements, weproposed in the aerobics implicit hierarchical cooperative teaching course, considering thestudent individuality difference, the implicit heterogeneous stratification on students, combinedwith cooperative learning, to maximize meet the students’ needs, tap the potential of students,cultivate students’ cooperative skills, and truly embody the " students as the main body, theteacher as the leading " teaching philosophy, to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,achieve all-round development, to meet the purpose of cultivating students majoring in physicaleducation.This article uses the literature method, experimental method, observation method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods.Experimental teaching of Aerobics Teaching and research cooperation tacit stratification ofgrade2011in Shenyang Sport University majoring in physical education. The results show that,recessive hierarchical cooperative teaching mode can not only improve student achievement, butalso to the students’ interest in learning, students’ learning enthusiasm, competitive, socialadaptation ability, has the effect of promoting. Can cultivate students’ cooperative skills,innovation ability.Recessive hierarchical cooperative teaching mode can tap the potential of students, thestudents play the advantage, let each student’s needs are met, to help students get the bestdevelopment, was generally agree with the students.Recessive hierarchical cooperative teaching mode can significantly improve the teachingeffectiveness and guarantee an all-round development for the students. It is suggested thatspecific teaching approaches, based on recessive hierarchical cooperative teaching mode, be explored according to the course types and particular circumstances. In the process of carring outrecessive hierarchical cooperative teaching mode, scientific aspect, supervision and instructionover the collaborative studying within the groups should be specifically emphasized, so that theteaching effectiveness can be more prominent.
