It is necessary to cultivate sociality of child and permeate it in the kindergarten daily life according to the "Pre-school Education Outlines (Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Outlines")"Kindergarten education is an important part of basic education, the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education. Kinds of kindergartens in urban and rural areas should be the actual implementation of quality education, according to local conditions, and to lay the foundation for the development of the early childhood life.""Kindergarten Education should respect the personality and rights of young children,the law, As the basic activities to the game,protection and education combined, concerned about the individual differences, promote the development of each child personalized."However, the present kindergarten education reality is that most teachers lay stress on the class rather than daily life education, emphasize on knowledge rather than the cultivation of affective, attitude and behavior.lead to children’s social adaptation behavior problems less than good solution, such as poor living skills, not sharing and cooperation, and poor self-control, and so on.The author chooses three teachers and forty-two children in the top class in kindergarten D as the research subjects. The main means of data collection is observation and interview. The main problems in child sociality cultivation through the research:first, the teacher hold one-sided recognition on child sociality cultivation; second, the teacher give limited freedom to the child; third, it lacks professional communication between teachers; forth, parents are passive in the cooperation between family and kindergarten and the fifth is the teachers overlooked the individual differences in sociality cultivation. There are several reasons for the above mentioned problems:first, the teachers do not form comprehensive recognition on child sociality cultivation; second, the teachers pay more attention on class discipline; third, the teachers do not reach a consensus on education; forth, there are little ways in the communication between family and kindergarten; fifth, the parents lacks scientific parental knowledge; sixth, teachers lacks practical knowledge. To solve these problems, the following measures are proposed:first, to improve teachers understanding on social adaptability; second, teachers adopt variety ways for social adaptability of young children; third, the kindergarten provides more chances for communication between teachers; forth, to construct joint unity of family and kindergarten in social adaptability of young children; fifth, to build records about children observation that make social adaptability of young children more effective.
