In 2020,the number of students enrolled in secondary vocational education in my country will reach 16.634 million, and the enrollment will be6.447 million.Based on recent trends, these numbers will continue to grow.In this type of vocational education school, some schools implement a closed management system, and the object of this article is the students in this type of school. These students gave up their previous general education for various reasons and chose to accept another type of education instead. However,in the process of transition, these students who are new to the closed school will inevitably have various problems in their studies and life, and they will not be able to quickly adapt to everything in the new school. Therefore, this article is dedicated to finding the difficulties of these freshmen, clarifying the problems, using the professional theory of social work to analyze, contacting schools and parents, and trying to solve the adaptability problems of freshmen,so that they can adapt to the new environment as soon as possible.Put energy into the next study to achieve healthy growth. In the whole process of practice, the author understands the situation from students of all grades at the initial stage, initially understands the various problems that students face when they first come to school, summarizes the biggest confusion in the freshman stage, and understands students’ demands.Through long-term observation and contact,it is found that both the study and life of students during school will affect the freshmen to quickly adapt to the new life. The unique characteristics of a closed campus make students have to spend a lot of time and energy to adapt to campus life. This kind of problem occurs mainly because the closed management system does not allow freshmen to have enough free space. They cannot arrange their free time at will.In addition to teachers in the classroom, there are instructors outside the classroom to restrain them at all times. At the same time,we should also be clear that the purpose of these students coming to this school is to hope that through fast foreign language learning, they can go abroad for further studies as soon as possible. To a large extent, the function of education is not well explained here. Both the school and the students are more utilitarian. The school hopes to make students more "obedient" through strict management methods,as long as there is no accident.,And students hope that they can quickly learn to go abroad, and do not care about whether they are affectionate with the school.Faced with such a situation, this study hopes that through the efforts of social workers, freshmen can feel the warmth of the school. As emphasized by the ecosystem theory, the mutual adaptation of people and the environment has a very important impact on personal growth. They are interrelated and intervene.Let everyone realize that they are not alone in learning and playing together.Whether in life or learning, they can rely on their own environment and make themselves better through the environment. In order to shorten the "run-in period" as much as possible,in this study, based on the observation of freshmen,we intervened in group social work and used a variety of ways of communication and games, hoping to help accelerate freshmen’s adaptation to closed schools Speed, understand the life of the closed campus as soon as possible, and let the freshmen be engaged in the new learning environment in the best condition as soon as possible. In the later stage of the team work,we mainly referred to the experience of the predecessors, with three stages as the main process, during which seven team activities were carried out.The activity gradually guides the freshmen to get along with the students around them, understand their school, understand their purpose here, and have more knowledge of the major they are studying. After the intervention of the group activity,we analyzed the scale and judged from the final conclusion that the direction of the group work itself is correct and beneficial. The addition of social workers will help the relationship between the school and the freshmen and help Let the new students trust the environment where they live together more quickly, which is conducive to adapting to the overall atmosphere.Although the role is not very prominent, the reasons can be attributed to the short intervention time, the self-healing nature of the new students, and the limited ability of the author.aspect.This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text. The introduction mainly describes the reasons and significance of the topic, literature review at home and abroad, and the professional theory applied in this study; The main body is divided into the first, second, third chapters and the last conclusion. It introduces the information and system of the school in detail,as well as the daily life, learning style and characteristics of some freshmen in the school through observation. It focuses on the analysis of the specific reasons for Freshmen’s adaptability problems, which can be divided into two directions: school and freshmen themselves,This paper expounds the process of social worker group work intervention, including three stages of preliminary preparation, implementation and final evaluation.
