The self-confidence is of a person on their own strength to understand and fullyestimate. Cultivating children to believe themselves, which has a great impact on thedevelopment of their life.To establish a good self-confidence psychological mechanism isof great significance to the achievement of the primary stage of development tasks, theestablishment of a sound social individual personality. However, in the growth of themobile students of the main flow field school, lack of self-confidence of mobile studentsdo not flow to the appropriate treatment. In this case, the social work carried outprecisely to make up for the omission of the school。 Training mobile studentsself-confidence using various methods and techniques in the school, is not only a positiveresponse to mobile students groups demand, but also a strong complement to thetraditional school education pattern.In view of this, this paper carried out the theoretical research based on the mobilestudents’ self-confidence training problems.With the aid of a pilot project of social workin X school, selected the group work practice, for mobile students self-confidencetraining to carry out the tentative practice research and exploration. This paper discussesthe feasibility and applicability of the social group work in the aspect of training mobilestudents self-confidence,analyzes the applications of group work to cultivate in the aspectof training mobile students’self-confidence using qualitative research method,andaffirmed the group work in training mobile students’self-confidence has a positive effect.And through the discussion of the results, attempts to extract the mobile students’confidence building elements.The main conclusions of this study are: first, the group work has a good effect inpromoting mobile students’self-confidence,suitable for the educational practice. Second,in the practice of group work,can flexible use of self-confidence improved element, in order to achieve the goal of Confidence ascension.The research results are Conducive tothe application and research for group work in students’ self-confidence training in moredepth, help to further promote the growth and development of mobile students’self-confidence training, has double significance both in theory and practice. |
