Use self-administrated questionnaire and structural interview to collect data. After analysis the data, the writer found there are three main problem in children’s confidence. That is the correct self-cognition, attribution bias and lack of self-efficacy. Based on these, the writer use the social learning theory and perspective of advantages as guide, choose the group work practice and play therapy to exploring and doing practical research for children’s self-confidence training, trying to solve three main problem of children’s self-confidence training and got effect, heightened the children’s self-confidence. Moreover, summarization and review of raining and heighten problem of children.
