The research content and purpose: Scientific training and reasonable monitoring are themainstream and trend of development of modern athletic sports training. Therefore this study isbased on Jiangsu Province heavyweight rowing elite athletes, in combination with relevantliterature from both theoretical and practical aspects of endurance training load feature, the trainingload and the relationship between athletic ability, rowing training, several key issues-have aerobictraining, aerobic training and anaerobic training dynamic relationship between strength training aswell as Ukraine and New Zealand are two different concepts and styles of training, in order topromote the development of rowing training theory. Meanwhile, in order to achieve the level ofJiangsu Province, rowing sport rapid increase and build scientific training platform to providescientificreference.Methods: This study used track recording method to Rowing Athletes in Jiangsu Province forone year follow-up study, a detailed record training load arrangement, using experimental methodto complete the physiological and biochemical indicators of the collection, sorting through theformationofthisstudyaresummarized result.Results:(1) On the training load, the overall volume is not high which is lower than the levelof domestic and international, but every group point out emphatically each propeller efficiency intraining.(2) On the training load intensity, it is mainly composed of low intensity aerobic training.Load intensity present pyramid model, but also pay attention to the anaerobic threshold area oftraining.(3) Under different loads, the capacity of aerobic and anaerobic appear homeostasis,reflect the athletes aerobic capacity index values of P4(lactic acid stated in the tendency for4Mmol/L of power value) along with the change of intensity change, namely, when the large base ofaerobic exercise increases and the P4value up; On the contrary it is lower.(4) In the rowing, thestrength which is the main factor behind aerobic endurance, at the same time, we should payattentiontothetrainingofcorestrength.
