Research And Analysis On Overseas Students’ Management In Xinjiang Based On Students’ Satisfaction Degree

As overseas students have increased gradually in the universities of Xinjiang,and the country background of them varies as time goes by, the management towardsthe foreign students in the university have become more significant. The advantagesand disadvantages of management of universities in Xinjiang can be found byresearching the foreign students’ satisfaction, which will not only provide valuableinformation for the education department, but also place great emphasis on theoverseas educational business and the development of universities in Xinjiang.This essay is based on Customer Satisfaction Theory. A research is carried outwhile utilizing a questionnaire called “Management Satisfaction of OverseasStudents in Universities of Xinjiang” after reading and analyzing overseas students’management mode of universities in Xinjiang and extensive literature on overseasmanagement. Then a conclusion of the overall satisfaction and the satisfaction ofdifferent aspects of oversea students in Xinjiang will be reached after the statisticalanalysis. In the end, some pointed strategies and suggestions will be presentedaccording to the result of the research.
