Subject investigated of the thesis is teenagers. Teenagers as a special group by childrento adults, with a strong curiosity and desire for knowledge, but the physical and mentaldevelopment is not mature, cognitive ability, thinking ability is not mature, vulnerable tooutside influence. The network has rich network information and fast speed, it brings peopleto a lot of convenience. At the same time, it also deep influences on teenagers, network vulgarinformation brings the huge temptation to teenagers. As more and more teenagers addicted tothe Internet, we must search for effective ways to help them rather than forcing them. Modeof narrative therapy is a new mode psychological of externalizing problems reshape our story,and it is a self review and reflection of the man, and it is a kind of endogenous of humanintervention. Narrative therapy mode has a unique insights and results for the teenagersInternet addiction. This paper tries to use mode of narrative therapy combined with case studypractice, and try to solve the problem of youth Internet addiction, and to explore theapplicability of the model of narrative therapy and limitations.The case of narrative therapy mode includes the following four parts: Narrative, andfound the problem; Externalizing problem, and look for reason; Seek the exception, andalternative story; From thin to thick, and consolidate the story gradually under the four stages.By the director himself to find problems and find their own to not be under the control ofyourself the ability to solve the problem. It is a process, the social worker plays with the roleof the guide, the listener. Make the director found the ability to solve the problem.In this paper, in the process of case intervention, on the basis of fully respected directorstory by social workers of verbal and nonverbal expression help director to form a newconstructive meaningful positive alternative story, with a brand new Angle of view to describea new story. Fully recognized director itself the ability to solve the problem, and make theperson’s subjective initiative and creativity.
