The study of famous teacher has an important significance for thedevelopment of teachers. Cheng Xiang grew up in the teaching, Study on him, Intheory, it can improve the teachers development and teaching theory; In practice,it can improve teachers’ qualities and skills.Through the analysis of the growth course of Cheng Xiang,The conclusionsas follows:In different growth stage,frist, teachers should be firm the originalbeliefs, accumulate and explorate the practical knowledge; then learning toexplore teaching idea from the practice; finally, When at the bottleneck period,teacher should reflection and look for innovations. Meanwhile, in face of thevarious influencing factors in the process of growth, teachers need to set up theconsciousness of the students main body, looking for teachers’ professional sense;Expanding the reading quantity, which can rich utility,improve teachers’ability;Jioning all kinds of teaching and research activity, to improve teachers’quality and professional level.To analyze the education thought of Cheng Xiang, Mainly reflected in thevalue of teaching idea is that teacher should spread love as the foundation ofeducation and advocate students personality education from the angle of culture,in order to shape the students’ healthy personality and individual culture.Trough the practicing analysis of Cheng Xiang, Enlightenment to Chineseteachers teaching as follows: In the process of teaching, teachers should furtherstudents to grasp the learning rule, and pay attention to practice and reflection. Atthe same time,teachs should enhance their quality and ability、know how to learnand accumulate culture;When learning advanced experience and educationconcept theory,teach should combine with practice.Through the study of Cheng Xiang, we can see the development of teachersare influenced by many factors, and the most important is teacher’s owndevelopment; The formation of the education concept of teachers is a process ofclosely linked, teachers should perfect the education ideas in the teaching practice;teachers should pay close attention to learning, reflection and research, improvingteaching and research ability; Besides,Combined is an important way to learnfrom the famous teachers.
