DanceSport into China’s development has been a century of history, the last20years it is emerging as a major college sports programs generally carried out in ourcountry, rich content, varied dances liked by teachers and students. In addition, someextracurricular community interest classes, dance room, gym also has this course,learn, and is also very much of its audience crowd from school children to six,seven-year-old man. I have been in the dance studio to teach dance, students learnthrough discovery dancesport class very much, especially the Latin dances in thiscategory, parents will encourage and support children to participate in somecompetitions annually or performances. So it can not be used as physical educationin primary schools to open it, I looked around this issue a lot of information, roughlyfrom the physical and mental health of two-pronged approach to find sometheoretical support, but the specific works to be done whether further experimentscan be explained.DanceSport exercise with the other effect is the same, not only play the role ofphysical exercise, but also to stimulate people’s psychological quality to make apositive impact. But the difference is for the sports dance practitioners, in thebeautiful music to stretch their beautiful body lines, and the beautiful costumes,jewelry and other practitioners can play to enhance the aesthetic effect. In the groupdances dancesport team spirit has also been migrated to life, enhance practitioners inworking life of unity and cooperation, these training of young people have a veryimportant role. In this study, DanceSport exercises as an intervention means toachieve physical fitness and the promotion of primary school pupils enhance mentalhealth. In addition, through the sports dance classes can also help elementary schoolhigh school students can correctly treat adolescent sex education, so that they are notbecause of the physiological development of secondary and inner panic, fear.In this thesis, literature, interviews, experimental method, scale and mathematicalstatistics methods such as Urumqi City Experimental Primary School Grade1-6students to do part of the experiment, from both physical and mental health measure.The author reflects changes in students’ physical fitness test chose Sit and Reach,50m run, standing long jump and one minute skipping these items. Through10weeks of intervention after practice DanceSport experimental class students inphysical measurements show that the indicators have improved to varying degrees,respectively, showed a statistically significant difference (p <0.05) and a very significant difference (p <0.01); the psychological quality measurement is tocompare students before and after exercise in the practice of psychological scalecontrast, found that after learning through sport and dance students in learningdisabilities, emotional disorders, behavioral disorders, social adjustment disorders,moral flaws, character defects, bad habits, special barriers could significantlyimprove the indicators, respectively, showed a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) and a very significant difference (P <0.01). Moreover, with the primary schoolage, the degree of improvement is more obvious.By practicing PEDance allows pupils speed, strength, endurance, flexibility andother physical comprehensive and coordinated development, thus effectivelyimproving the flexibility of the joint body pupils to enhance their muscle strength,but also for the pupils’ mental health has a positive role in promoting. Sports Dancein primary school curriculum students’ interest in learning, enrich the cultural lifeafter School, but also for sports dance project in Xinjiang, and even national savingsin training reserve talents a little strength. Students can also learn by learningDanceSport Western history and culture, as well as in different contexts and Westerndance forms derived contrast, etc., widening their knowledge.I choose to do empirical research in primary school sports dance, is also intendedto test the line according to the levels at different stages of the student movement ofthe physical and psychological characteristics of students to find a suitable teachingmethods of learning and teaching dance sports content. Meanwhile, the author putforward their views and suggestions at the end of the paper, which laid a foundationfor sports Dance in physical education at the elementary level.
