Orphans are a special group in our society.Because of various external factors,they lose the care of their immediate relatives and even their families.In the process of orphans' growth,the lack of living conditions will directly lead to a variety of physical and mental growth problems,including physical development problems,including physical health and mental health problems.Such health problems will have an impact on the growth,development of orphans,and even on social stability.Therefore,attention to orphan education and physical and mental health issues has become the focus of attention of the whole society.This paper studies the physical and mental health of orphans from the perspective of physical education,expecting to help orphans improve their physical and mental health by means of sports intervention technology,so that orphans can overcome the health problems caused by family misfortune.Therefore,in the course of the research,the orphan groups are given orderly sports intervention through experiments,the influence degree and specific role of sports activities and sports on orphans are studied,the specific situation of physical and mental health of orphans is known through feedback,and the direction and content of future orphan sports education are guided by experimental data,which is further raised.Promote the pertinence of orphan group physical education.For this reason,this paper focuses on theoretical research,experimental research and conclusion summary.With the help of the logic of physical education research,it completes the research on sports intervention for orphans,thus ensuring the systematicness and scientificity of the research.And in the final experimental research,summary suggestions for the relevant practice to put forward specific guidelines and countermeasures.
