In recent years, many experts and scholars of sports culture accomplishment ofresearch more and more, through the analysis of the results can be got, they are thebasic theory of sports culture accomplishment, cultivation way of components,evaluation criteria and opinions vary, each have each to understand and define, butthe lack of overall and normative, we all know that every mature theory needsperfecting, continuous improvement, continuous development of the process.Therefore, to strengthen the theory of sports culture accomplishment, components,evaluation standard and systematic to develop students’ sports cultureaccomplishment has a vital role.This article mainly in xinjiang urumqi city is located8vocational collegestudents as the research object, draw lessons from many scholars and experts in theresearch of sports culture accomplishment, by using the method of questionnaire,documentary, logic analysis, mathematical statistics methods such as theory of sportscultural literacy, components and evaluation method for further induction andintegration, and through to the urumqi vocational college students of sports cultureaccomplishment present situation analysis, flexible use of multi-culturalcharacteristics of xinjiang, put forward countermeasures for reasonable developmentwith local characteristics, and to further improve the urumqi vocational collegestudents’ sports culture literacy levels, continuously meet the needs of the society ofhigh-quality technical personnel, the results are as follows:A: Conclusions1. Urumqi vocational Gao Zhuang colleges at this stage of sports cultureaccomplishment of students comprehensive level needs to be improved2. National students than the han ethnic students in exercise time and morepositive in attitude, this has to do with the characteristics of the various nationalculture has a certain relationship.3. The student to the current relatively satisfied, the arrangement of the physicaleducation curriculum for the sports teachers’ professional quality and school facilitiessuch as there are some dissatisfaction.4. The student to the physical education curriculum evaluation standard basicsatisfaction.5. Most of the students in favor of physical education curriculum content increase national traditional sports.Second: Recommendations1. The scientific and reasonable arrangement of sports theory course, let thestudent to obtain more theory knowledge, guide practice, improve the students’ sportsculture quality.2. To improve the teachers’ leading role, actively encourage students toparticipate in sports and exercise, helps to the cultivation of the students in highervocational college sports culture accomplishment.3. Improve the PE teachers’ professional quality and professional level,increasing the financial input in sports facilities, strengthen the development of thecampus sports culture, the sample for the development of students’ sports cultureelement lay a good foundation.4. Pay attention to students’ individual differences, a reasonable assessment tostudent’s sports performance, sports is beneficial to stimulate students’ interest,enhance the formation of students’ sports consciousness, thereby giving impetus tothe development of students’ sports culture accomplishment.5. Optimize the sports teaching content, increase the diversity of physicaleducation and innovation, create the development of vocational college students’sports culture in many aspects.
