Chinese martial arts culture is profound, Sanda is an important part of Chinesemartial arts, but also the essence of Chinese martial arts, it is the national sport with aunique style, the majority of the people’s love. Since2002, the ministry of educationpromulgated the new “national ordinary higher school physical education curriculumteaching guidelines”,Sanda movement with its unique advantage of project and meetthe requirements of physical education curriculum features into the ordinaryuniversity public physical education teaching,After almost11years of development,has been basically formed a relatively stable Sanda course to carry out themodel.Through investigation and research, Sanda option class development situationof the undergraduate course colleges and universities in Xinjiang, have introducedSanda courses of the undergraduate course colleges and universities in the start toform, develop status, teaching facilities, teaching objectives, teaching mode and soon investigation analysis and research.This study for the undergraduate course colleges and universities in XinjiangSanda option class development present situation has carried on the investigation andanalysis and research,drawn from13undergraduate course colleges and universitiesin xinjiang have opened sanda class7colleges and universities,of which14head ofsports teaching leadership,14teachers,560students handed out questionnaires,feedback data by the questionnaire results, carries on the summary and the analysisof the status, part of the undergraduate course colleges and universities have openedthe wushu Sanda project, students know and are willing to take Sanda class, studentmotivation is clear, the purpose of taking the course in Sanda but there are also someproblems, the specific research results are as follows:(1)All the undergraduate course colleges and universities in Xinjiang wushu Sandahas dramatically improved promotion, the student of Sanda have higher learningenthusiasm, wushu Sanda sports development level also had obvious progress thanbefore.(2)Sanda of Xinjiang universities and colleges of undergraduate course teachersstructure is reasonable, but less strength weak, the teachers, middle-aged and youngteachers are the main teachers; Secondly the Sanda of Xinjiang universities andcolleges of undergraduate course teachers’ cultural knowledge level is higher, andhighly educated teachers are increasing year by year, professional, and a smallernumber of the full-time teachers of Sanda, The collocation of young teachers and oldteachers also is quite reasonable.(3)Make Sanda better stand, better developed in college, the venues, equipment isthe guarantee, and in the survey area don’t match, not standard, the equipment is notcomplete, not perfect, and are arranged in the outdoor teaching.(4)Undergraduate course colleges and universities in Xinjiang individual leaders ormanagers lack of understanding of Sanda sport, not unified, the need to furtherdeepen the understanding of the leadership.(5)The teaching method reform is still in the stage of development, some teachers still use the traditional teaching method, and the teachers’ teaching ability is notbalanced.
