Facing the new era of talent demand and the new curriculum reform, how to reform theclassroom teaching to improve the classroom efficiency, how to complete the classroom teachingwith the new teaching mode, how to cultivate the thinking ability and innovation consciousness ofstudents in the teaching process, is worthy of research and practice to the teachers. At present,western countries have adopted the problem-based teaching, inquiry teaching, the discovery typeteaching and other teaching methods, these teaching methods all take the "problems" as the carrier,Letting students acquire knowledge and understand nature in the process of constantly askingquestions, analyzing and solving problems in order to cultivate their ability.The paper is based on the student and teacher’s questionnaire survey,after the statistics of thequestionnaire, found that students’ problem consciousness is generally poor, most of the studentsdon’t like and not good at asking questions, the reasons behind this are: students don’t know whatthe problem is, confused, don’t know how to organize and express their own problems, also somestudents are timid and afraid of the teacher looked down on, so they are not willing to askquestions. The biggest worry in students learning is “In class listen to very understand, If get thetitle is a hindrance”. And the questionnaire shows, only a small part of the teachers think theirclassroom has been effective. Most of the teachers are in favor of and valued"problem-based"teaching’s effect, they believe in the process of the implementation of this teaching method,lacking of the knowledge and skills about "the creation of the problem situation","effectivequestioning"," handle students,answer,""guidance" to "problem solving" and other aspects.According to the statistic analysis of the questionnaires, Putting forward the strategy from"cultivating students’ problem consciousness","the creation of the problem situation","effectivequestioning"," handle students,answer,""guidance" to "problem solving" these five aspects. andthese strategies are applied to the action research. Through the experiment to test the effectivenessof these strategies and "problem-based" teaching’s teaching effect. after a semester of theexperiment, finally it is concluded that " problem-based " teaching method is beneficial to improvethe students’ overall performance, is more advantageous to the medium have been promoted to topstudents; And the students’ interest in learning and thinking ability has improved in theexperimental process. But for the poor students, the teacher can’t omit, can call them to answersome encouraging questions, create some interesting physical situation, step by step to drive theirlearning enthusiasm.
