| Comparing with the general education,higher vocational education is developing fastand putting emphasis on operating practice.What higher vocational education cultivate arehigher professional qualification students who are dapat to work,construct,manage andserve in the first-line of factory. The practical training labruary regarded as the importantplace to educate practical training students, and its construction and management arevalued. However, with the construction of practical training labruary,its management isneglected. Enhancing the management of practical training labruary has became theassignment in higher vocational school. In view of the problems existing in in highervocational school, this paper applies to construction management evaluation models tooffer strategy to improve management and enhance the management of practical traininglabruary in higher vocational school.First,this paper analies the management state of higher vocational school and find outthe problems existing in higher vocational school in our country.Secondly, analyzing management state of practical training labruary in developed andsummarizing their successful experiences,this paper produces strategy for improving theand offers reference for evaluation index of management of practical training labruary.Thirdly, designing questionaire according to enterprise higher vocational shools andanalyzing the surrey data, this paper established the evaluation index of management ofpractical training labruary in higher vocationa schools.Lastly,combing the current management problems of practical training labruaryexisted in Qin Huang Dao Institution of higher learning technolgy school and verifyingmanagement evaluation model of practical training labruary which has been built, thispaper finds out the problems existing in the management of practical training labruary andoffers strategy for the improvement of management in practical training labruary. |
