The badminton project is an advantageous project in China.The technical action of the project is complex and varied,with strong skills and high physical quality.At present,there are few theoretical studies on the sensitive quality of badminton players aged 9-12.Many coaches have no significant effect on the training of sensitive qualities.The means are single and lack of certain theoretical knowledge,which has aroused widespread concern of many coaches.Sensitive quality plays a vital role in the badminton project.How to correctly carry out sensitive quality training and promote the physical and mental development of badminton players has become a hot and difficult point of research.The plyometric exercise was first used in Europe by reducing the length of the stretch-short cycle and allowing the athlete's muscle strength to be fully utilized in the shortest possible time.Because each practice has its own different functions,it is particularly important to select the sensitive quality indicators and the rapid expansion and compounding exercises that meet the physical and mental laws and project characteristics of the 9-12 year old badminton players.While trying to explore the effect of rapid flexing compound exercises on the sensitive quality training of 9-12 year old badminton players,the explosive effect is also considered.This study uses literature data,questionnaires,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics.According to the characteristics of the badminton project,the law and other methods,through the theoretical analysis,questionnaire statistics and the Chinese youth badminton training syllabus and Chinese badminton coach training materials to screen out the plyometric exercises and sensitive quality test indicators.Taking 24 9-12 year old badminton players from Dongfang Xinyu Badminton Club as experimental subjects,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the basic information such as gender.The experimental group used the plyometric exercise and the control group used the traditional strength training.The intervention process has different training methods.And carry out comparative analysis to verify the training effect of the fast-expanding compound exercise on the sensitive quality of 9-12 year old badminton players.Experimental indicators include(20s repeated span,pro test,hexagonal sensitivity test,quadrant jump test,ten low center of gravity four-corner test)Research indicates:1.After the 12-week plyometric exercise in the experimental group,male and female athletes had significant differences in the 20 s repeated straddle,hexagonal test and female athlete quadrant jump test,and ten low center of gravity four-corner test(p<0.05)..In addition,the male and female athletes pro test and the male athlete quadrant jump,ten low-gravity running test results and before the experiment were extremely significant(p<0.01).2.After 12 weeks of traditional strength training in the control group,there was no significant difference between the male and female athletes in the 20 s repeated straddle,the male athlete's hexagon test,the female athlete quadrant jump test and the ten low center of gravity four-corner test(p> 0.05),male and female athletes in the pro test and women's athletes hexagon test,men's athlete quadrant jump test results have improved,with significant differences(p <0.05).3.After the experiment,it was found that both the fast-expanding compound exercise and the traditional strength training can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of the badminton players.There was a significant difference in the experimental group(p<0.01),while the male athletes in the control group had significant differences(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in female athletes(p>0.05).It shows that the plyometric exercise method can increase the explosive power of the lower limbs of the athletes and the effect is more significant.4.After the experiment,Pearson correlation test was performed on the results of lower limb explosive force performance and sensitive quality test index.The experimental group lower limb explosive force test scores were significantly different from the five sensitive quality indicators(p<0.05),and the control group lower limb explosiveness test scores.There was no significant difference between the four sensitive quality indicators(p>0.05)and one sensitive quality index(p<0.05).The absolute value of the experimental group r value is greater than the r value of the control group,that is,after the plyometric exercise,the explosive power of the lower limb is related to the sensitive quality,and has a great correlation with the sensitive quality of the quick start and continuous jump direction..The conclusions of the study show that after the experimental intervention,the scores of the sensitive quality test indicators of the 9-12 year old badminton players are compared and found that the exercise effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the explosive power of the athletes can be coordinatedly developed.Reduce the length of the step-shorten the cycle time,get a larger starting speed during the stretching phase,so that the athlete has a faster separation speed in the direction of the fast coming ball,improve the reaction strength,reaction speed,rapid change of movement ability,prevention Sports injury,the positive significance of "energy reduction and speed increase".It is also better to improve the interest of athletes in training due to the novelty of the rapid expansion and compounding practice.
