This study hopes to college badminton athletes goal orientation and pre competition anxiety levels was analyzed, in order to prove the different goal orientation effect on pre competition anxiety, to find a scientific support for the goal orientation theory.This paper mainly through the methods of psychological measurement, with133college athletes to participate in the "2013National College Badminton Championships" as subjects. Among them,75boys,58girls, age range18~25years old, by "campaign task orientation and self-Orientation Questionnaire","competition state anxiety questionnaire" and "scat" scale forathletes goalorientation and pre competition emotion measurement, statistics and analysis.Results: all university badminton athletes with different goal orientation and the anxiety of different degrees of correlation, Among them, the task orientation as a positive tendency, moreconducive to reduce the athletes before the anxiety level, to enhance the status of self-confidence; and self orientation is too high is not conducive to athletes finish the task smoothly. Interms of gender, only a task orientation and state of self-confidence is athletes goalorientation significantlypositive correlation, other have no obvious correlation. Two. The difference between the goal orientation tendency of different sports level of athletes and the anxiety level was significantly.
