Modern scientific research and proved reasonably regularlyparticipate in physical exercise, can improve people’s overallhealth, and promoting the exchange of people, demonstrateability to enhance self-confidence, people full of vitality.As college students in China today higher cultural level socialand cultural groups, to improve students’ health whileenhancing the psychological well-being is necessary, thisstudy psychology, discusses sports participation and StudentsSWB relationship between, Students participating in sportsbased on the students’ physical exercise and mental healthachieve better development. Through the "sport participationquestionnaire","overall happiness scale" on the part of thestudents in Jiangsu Province to investigate the data obtainedusing SPSS13.O system software for independent samples T-test,ANOVA, correlation analysis, and found that:1. Students of different sexes to participate in all aspectsof sports performance is different, and the number of malestudents participate in sports and sports participation of thetime value of female students than high. Male and femalestudents of subjective well-being in every dimension alsoshowed significant features, male students in each dimensionhave shown a lower level than the female students.2. Students participate in different sports and all aspectsof SWB scores there are significant differences, sports majorsis particularly prominent, and the arts and sciences collegein contrast there were no significant, significant differencecompared with PE.3. Different grades of the students participating in themovement emerged mostly on various factors decreasing trend,fourth grade students due to its special position with the otherthree grades behave differently. SWB performance in thedifferent grades of the students in a big difference, fourthgrade students performed particularly well in the positiveemotional experience and life satisfaction on the third orfourth year of college students than twelve grades lower.4. Sport participation and subjective well-being in thecorrelation coefficient, there was a significant correlationbetween sports participation by students analyze the situation,we are able to college students to predict SWB.
