The purpose of this study is focus on the way and effect of functional music mentaltraining. It consists of two parts; first we conduct mental experiments in laboratory,demonstrate the function and influence of functional music mental training onsubjects. Then we service to training athletes, help athletes relax, and get a better stateof mind by functional music mental training. Results show the relaxation music trainingcan effectively help athletes to alleviate fatigue in mental and physical, arousal music training,personal perference music training and active personal perference music training caneffectively help the athletes improve arousal and positive emotions. Binaural beat on brainmusic training and relax with professional guidance of music training can effectively improvecomprehensive relaxation. In daily training,We can comprehensive use of these methods. |
