Badminton(badminton)is a small ball sports event which is fought against each other through the net.Its essence belongs to the skill-dominated class-net antagonistic sports.The students' understanding of badminton is not deep enough,and there are some deviations.It is usually focused on the key practice of hitting techniques and technical movements,and neglecting the importance of physical quality exercises to badminton.Therefore,in the course of long-term training and practice,middle school students only pay attention to the practice of technical movements and batting techniques.With the special technical level of badminton,the balance,stability and coordination of the physical function are greatly reduced and the energy leakage of the sports chain is greatly reduced,so that the effect of the students' training can not be transformed to the badminton in time.Special ability level also increases the probability and risk of sports injury.The most common sports injuries associated with badminton are wrist injury,shoulder and rotator cuff injury,tennis elbow,lumbar muscle injury,knee injury,tendon ligament and ankle injury.Functional action screening(FMS),as a set of evaluation system,uses seven test movements and three exclusion tests,from the angle of action screening,diagnosis,correction and action pattern optimization,the functional test and correction of special badminton students,and the limitations of the basic physical function of the body.It is of great practical significance to find out the defects of their own mode of action,improve the quality of badminton technical movements,avoid the risk of sports injury,prevent the occurrence of sports injury and improve the athletic ability through scientific and effective means.Using the method of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and functional action screening(FMS),the students of badminton in the Department of physical education of Wuhan Sports Institute are selected as the experimental subjects.The test and collection of two experimental results are carried out by functional action screening(FMS),and the results are divided into the results.We can understand the basic activity ability of badminton special students,and find out their own motor dysfunction and possible potential injury.According to the results of the test,a series of correctivetraining programs are formulated,and the subjects are trained for 12 weeks to provide a scientific training assessment base line for the badminton specialized students in daily exercise training,and the experimental reference should be provided for further practice.Through the second functional exercises screening tests of badminton line students in the Department of physical education,Wuhan Sports Institute,the following conclusions are drawn:1.in the first functional action screening of the students of the badminton line of the Department of physical education of Wuhan Sports Institute,through the functional testing of the flexibility and stability of the body,the weak link links of the badminton special students are found,and some of the students' body core control energy is weak,the body balance is poor,and the muscles are stable.Qualitative and joint flexibility still needs to be improved,and the overall test results are not optimistic.Through the screening of seven functional pattern movements,it was found that the left and right symmetry of the limbs of the special students was obvious,the lower extremity was not good,the strength of the core area was weak,and the control ability of the muscles on both sides of the spine needed to be strengthened.2.according to the results of the first functional movement screening for badminton special students,from three aspects of flexibility training,stability training and movement pattern reconstruction,combined with the characteristics of badminton technical movement and the mode of combination with daily training,the training content of the badminton special students was set up for 12 weeks for badminton special students.Ability to correct training.3.through the formulation of the corrective plan related to functional training,21 badminton special students took 12 weeks of intervention correction training,the total score of functional action screening was significantly improved,and the scores of the seven action patterns were all changed in different ranges,indicating that the action models of badminton special students were trained through intervention training.With a certain degree of improvement,compensatory movements are gradually reduced and the effect is more obvious,which is of practical significance for timely prevention of preexercise injuries.
