The System Planning Of Community Public Service Facilities Under The Concept Of Urban Community System Planning

In the process of the development of the socialist market economy, with thereform of the housing allocation system, housing commercialization and thedevelopment of the real estate market, the gap between the rich and poor is growinglarger, fractionation and isolation of urban communities living space is increasinglyapparent, the phenomenon of unjust configuration of community resources and spacedeprivation is getting increasingly severe. If this trend does not get controlled, it willtrigger a series of social problems, which will probably impact the social harmony andstability. In order to build a harmonious community, it is advisable to take thecommunity system planning as the guideline when devising the integrated planning ofvarious sectors of the community so as to promote the living space fusion.At the same time, the index system of residential public facilities which wasformed in the planned economy can no longer meet the needs of residents in thecontext of community stratification. Therefore, in the present paper, under the conceptof urban community system planning combined with concept of the communityresources justice configuration, the system planning of public service facilities inurban communities will be mapped out. Taking the South Tricyclic Area in Xi’an YantaDistrict as an example, the use of this idea in the actual planning of urban communitypublic service facilities configuration optimization will be performed so as to meet thedifferent needs of the community, reduce or eliminate the segregation of communitiesand community resource space deprivations and achieve the space justice andcommunity integration.
