| For colleges and universities, courses on personnel training, which occupies a coreposition, is the carrier of the talent training’s goal and professional and social value’srealization.Therefore, the curriculum reform is the core of the reform of professional education.Though traditional skill curriculum is the core of the sports education specialized curriculum andthe key to sports education professional personnel training, as far as I can see, n the currentcontext, to improve the pertinence and effectiveness,curriculum reform should be carried on ofcomprehensiveness as well as be guided by the goal of talent cultivation and social demand.This study researches on track and field, gymnastics, football, basketball, volleyball, martial artsroutines. Adopting literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods,through the empirical research on168primary school physical education teachers and301students, this paper analyse the above special theory and the social adaptability of practicalcourses and general courses, the main conclusions are as follows:1. In terms of technical skills: when it comes to sports technology skills teaching, in general,the traditional skill courses has reached the requirement of middle and primary school sportswork, but there is still a big gap between the quantity of sports level and the primary and middleschool sports work demand, so it needs further improvement; From the motion of a single projectlevel, except that the track and field projects can meet the requirements of primary and middleschool sports work, there is a big gap between the technical skill levels and demand ongymnastics, football, basketball, volleyball and martial arts items, which needs furtherimprovement; There is a far distance between Traditional art in science class teachingdemonstration ability and primary and secondary school sports work requirements, which needsto strengthen the cultivation of general courses in technical skills.2. In terms of training the students’ teaching ability:the development of how the ability ofdesigning traditional academic common course needs to be further strengthened; No matter onthe special theory course or the practice course, even in the common course the ability oforganization and management interpretation, and innovation of PE teaching needs to beimproved; On the aspect of developing extracurricular practice ability: the innovation ability ofspecial theory curriculum and practice curriculum of extracurricular training remains to befurther improved and needs the common course pays enough attention to it; on the aspect oftraining the ability of competition organization and referee: traditional skill common courses needs to be further improved, both in the designment of competition activity or organization andthe referee ability; In the scientific research ability training aspects: the ability of students’consulting literature, designing experiment and operation, as well as the ability on analysis ofdataã€designing reform scheme and operationau needs to be further strengthened.3. The teaching of special theory and common courses: special teaching, special training,special technical principle, special development, and teaching the knowledge on specialcompetition organization and the referee can adapt to the needs of the primary and middle schoolsports work. But the arrangement of special curriculum theory and practice of classroomteaching hours still calls for improvement, After that, the knowledge teaching about projecttechnology principle can be reduced or removed; In the aspect of teaching knowledge ontraditional general courses: non-professional teaching,non-professional training andnon-professional knowledge on competition organization and referee ability was not able to meetthe needs of the sports teaching of primary and secondary schools, which shows obviousdeviation between curriculum and social demand, needs further adjustment.4. Here are some corresponding reform suggestions, according to traditional theory ofspecial skill and practice courses and general courses reform. |
