How to do?" research ideas, where "what" is the study of history and reality through physical education curriculum discusses the fact that there ignored sport skills training, "why" is from empirical considerations and P.E curriculum reform theory discusses two aspects Why ignore motor skills culture, "how to do" is discussed culture movement skills to return to sports courses from the nature and purpose of P.E curriculum in two ways. and pointed out that the different ideas of "technical fitness theory", "body mass theory", "health theory" and "humanism theory"need to be realized through the acquisition of sport skills.The main conclusions are as follows:1.
