The professional adaptation is the process of individuals gradually adapting to professional learning and environment through the control and meditation of cognitions and behaviors,based on essential ability literacy and characteristics of the students.The professional adaptation is the dynamic behavior and a process which needs to enter into the stage of new balance from that of unbalance.The process of professional adaptation in cross-disciplinary master of preschool education is analyzed in the article to find out how the students on campus adapt to the profession,and it emphasizes the concept of the process and the integration.Based on the objects of research,13 cross-disciplinary full-time masters of preschool education from N University,the author collects research materials through interview method.The results of the research mainly include the following aspects:First,the problems of professional adaptation which cross-disciplinary masters experience are presented by four stages.They are collisions and gaps in the adaptation period of starting school,the tension and stress in the period of learning at school,opportunities in the pre-service adaptation period and craziness and relief in the period of writing graduation thesis.Second,find out the causes which affect the professional adaptation of cross-disciplinary masters.It is done to discover the factors which affect the professional adaptation of cross-disciplinary master of preschool education from three dimensions,cognition,emotion and behavior reaction.The author discovers external factors from school factors and social factors.Third,give suggestions about professional adaptation aimed at the problems students have and the causes.From the aspect of students,give suggestions,for example,be clear about the motive of attending cross-disciplinary graduate school,regulate the internal cognitive structure,adjust your own emotion reasonably and promotes self-scientific research strength.From the school's aspect,offer some advice,like targeted instructors,diverse forms of learning practical guide for three proposals.From the aspect of society,give some advice,such as strengthen discipline and awareness,build master's research platform in pre-school two proposals.
