Investigation And Research Of The Teaching Efficacy Of Middle School Vyghur-Chinese Bilingual Geography Teachers

Teacher’s teaching efficacy is the cognition and faith of whose ability aboutaccomplish teaching task effectively and achieving teaching goals. In order to provide a new perspective and methods forbilingual geography teacher’s training work through this research. At the sametime，the research can provide reference for improving the bilingual geographyteachers’ efficacy, the national student’s study enthusiasm and our overall quality ofBilingual Teaching.The writer elaborated the background,significance,ideas of the research,thendiscussed the theoretical basis of the teaching efficacy research,analyzed the presentcondition and existent problem of the domestic and foreign teacher’s teachingefficacy research,and define the related concepts about the teacher’s teachingefficacy.Formulated scale suitable for measuring the teaching efficacy of middleSchool Vyghur-Chinese Bilingual Geography Teachers, Selected ninety-fiveVyghur-Chinese bilingual geography teachers as the study object,then input andanalysis the recycling Effective questionnaire by thespass19.0statistical software.According to the result of date analysis,describe the overal status and differences ofVyghur-Chinese bilingual geography teachers’teaching efficacy, analysis of reasonsfor the differences.Finally,advice are put forward to improve the bilingualgeography teaching efficacy from the government and educational administrativeagencies, schools and bilingual geography teachers of middle school in three aspects.
