| Teacher’s teaching efficacy is the cognition and faith of whose ability aboutaccomplish teaching task effectively and achieving teaching goals. It not only affectsthe teacher’s teaching motivation, the efforts of the teachers’ work and thepersistence of the teachers when they meeting difficulties, but also affects students’learning interesting, learning motivation, thus affects the students’ learning effect.
